Brown-lidded garden waste bin collections
The new paid-for garden waste (brown-lidded bin) collections will start the week beginning 3 June.
You can now apply and pay for the annual £40 charge for your brown-lidded (garden waste) bin collection permit.

Register and pay for your brown-lidded bin collection
If you prefer, you can pay over the phone on 0808 5834 333 or in person using cash, cheque or card at the Customer Service Centre in Upper Precinct. Cheques should not be sent via the post.
If you would like to sign up online and pay by card, but need help doing so, you can get support at libraries across the ctiy:

Open 9am–5pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). If you do need to call us, please try to avoid our busiest times of lunchtime and early afternoon. Many queries relating to Council Tax, benefits or bin and bulky waste collections can be dealt with directly by logging into My Account.
