72447: Children and Young People Co-ordinator
Salary: £26,101 Per annum
Hours: Full time (37 hours)
Location: Coventry and North Warwickshire region

- The Co-Ordinator will work alongside and experienced and established team of Co-Ordinators across the West Midlands, including our services in Birmingham, Worcestershire, Coventry and North Warwickshire.

- If you have experience leading and managing a team and experience working with children and young people with complex disabilities, that’s a bonus.

- Need to lead and facilitate structured sessions and activities based on identified needs that meet the desired outcomes of our unique children.
- Our team of Co-Ordinators manage staffing rotas to ensure all sessions meet required legal ratios and are confident in ensuring staff skills match all children and young people’s needs.
- As a Co-Ordinator, you will provide frontline support and leadership during sessions as and when required, these are weekend-based as well as weekdays during school holidays.
- Coordinators are also responsible for being part of the on-call team to fulfil duties as outlined within the business needs.
65864 - Care Assistant (Domiciliary)
Salary: £10.42 - £22.00 per hour

Vacancy details:
- As a Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing essential support and assistance to individuals who require help with daily activities, personal care, and overall well-being.
- You will work in their private homes, ensuring that clients' physical and emotional needs are met with compassion and professionalism.
- Essential: Driving Licence and access to own car
- Desired: Care certificate or NVQ Level 2 in Adult Social Care is preferable but not necessary as we provide the training.
- Prior experience as a caregiver, nursing assistant, or related role preferred.
- Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients.
- Ability to communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality.
- Physical fitness and the ability to assist with lifting, transferring, and supporting clients with mobility challenges.
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR procedures is preferred but not necessary as we provide the training.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Valid background check and health clearance.
