Making a planning application
Important information in respect of all applications for prior notification/prior approval

Please note a planning application cannot be progressed until all the information and the fee have been received.

How much will my planning application cost?
Every application must be accompanied by the correct fee. The Government sets the Planning Application Fees for the country.
Please be careful to check that your proposal does require planning permission and that the fee you pay is correct as any refunds are subject to a £35 administration fee.
