One Coventry Plan 2022 – 2030

Coventry City Council’s new corporate plan “The One Coventry Plan 2022-2030” informed by residents, outlines our vision and priorities up to 2030.  

The plan describes the way that we bring people and organisations from across the city together to work as one to make the biggest, positive difference to the lives of those who live and work in the city.  

The One Coventry Plan 2022 – 2030 has a clear vision:   

“One Coventry - Working together to improve our city and the lives of those who live, work and study here”.  

Three delivery priorities:  

  • Improving outcomes and tackling inequalities within our communities  

  • Improving the economic prosperity of the city and regions  

  • Tackling the causes and consequences of climate change  

Two Enabling priorities:  

  • Continued financial sustainability of the Council  

  • Council’s role as a partner, enabler and leader
