The payments over £500 that the Council has made since April 2017 [/downloads/download/818/spending_over_500] report aims to give local people the opportunity to see what the Council spends its money on.

Purchase Card data

All Purchase Card spend data from April 2017 is now available to view online [/downloads/download/3459/all_purchase_card_spending]. Please note that it runs from 24th of the month to 23rd of the following month in line with our statement date.

The reports are held in CSV (Comma Separated Values) format. These reports conform to the standard format defined by the Local Open Data Panel.

Commercial Pipeline

You are free to use this data and we licence use in accordance with the terms and conditions as specified by data.gov.uk.

What is 'Redacted Personal Data'?

There are occasions where information is replaced with the words 'Redacted Personal Data'. This is used for example, where information is about payments made to vulnerable people. This meets the requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018 ("DPA") and is done to protect the privacy of the individual.

What information do I need to provide?

When sending your enquiry, please quote the following:

• month
• line number
• supplier
• amount you are querying.

How long will it take to receive a response?

We aim to provide an acknowledgement within three working days and a full response within 20 working days.

We aim to be as transparent as we can. However, there may be cases where further information you request is not actually held, or is covered by an exemption under the DPA of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 ("FOI") [/info/149/freedom_of_information/2276/foi_and_eir_disclosure_log] and related regulations.

"Exemptions" are reasons why information may not be disclosed. Where this is the case, you will be advised in writing what exemption applies and how to appeal against this.
