The All Age Disability Service works alongside people with disabilities of all ages and their family carers to support their personal, social care and health outcomes.

The service is split into two teams, one for children and young people aged 0-17 and a team working with adults aged 18.

The children and young people team also support children and young people with mental health issues. For adults aged 18 over support is provided by Adult Mental Health Services.

The Independent Travel Team is also part of the All Age Disability Service. The team supports children and adults to develop skills in travelling independently, road safety and personal safety.
