Telecare charges
Charges are based upon specific care pathways.
The service is available to everyone currently receiving care and support. Charges would be based on financial assessment.
All other people are able to access the TeleCareline service for a weekly charge as shown in the table below.

Level 1 |
A standard service comprising of a Lifeline alarm unit, and personal trigger and if required a smoke detector alarm linked to the control centre. This is a universal service, available to all residents who have two responders who hold a key and agree to respond to any emergency at any time. This could be a family member, neighbour or friend. |

Level 2 |
In addition to level 1, access to a mobile responder service, available to residents who have no named responders. A member of the mobile responder service will visit the resident in the event of a non-response to an alert or if it is clear to the control centre operative that a visit is required. |

Level 3 |
In addition to level 1, provision of a range of additional Telecare detectors/sensors. This level is available following assessment.by a health or social care professional |

Level 4 |
This level provides a range of additional Telecare detectors/sensors and the mobile responder service. This level is available following assessment by a health or social care professional |

The level of service required will be based on the information provided and review by the Telecare Advisor.
If you are absent from home but still have Telecare equipment in your home, the relevant weekly cost will still apply.
