One Coventry Services

One Coventry Services aims to deliver some services differently by bringing them together and developing joined up accessible services in communities through One Coventry Community Hubs.

A consultation period will run from Monday 9 September to Monday 4 November and we want you to tell us what you think.

We are consulting on proposals at an early stage which means some of the specific details of proposals are not yet definitively known. Where additional details on proposals become clear during the 8-week consultation period, these will be added to this page as appropriate, clearly marked as an update.

Why are we proposing these changes?

We know that services work better for the residents they support when they are joined up and accessible – this includes having a local presence in our communities where they can make a real difference to the people who need them. Providing the right support, in the right place, at the right time.

We want to provide positive and joined-up experiences for people accessing services, ensuring needs/ issues can be identified and support provided at the earliest possible stage and in the most effective and efficient way.

We are proposing to do this by making the most of our buildings and people – bringing services together in shared spaces whilst reducing the number of buildings we operate from.
