My name is Ed Hartley and I’m a consultant in the Emergency Department here in Coventry.  I’ve been treating people with coronavirus for the last year and I’ve seen just how devastating this disease can be for patients and for their families. The vaccine against coronavirus, Covid – 19, is our way out of this pandemic. I believe that this vaccine is safe and that’s why I’ve had it. My family are starting to get this vaccine now and I’m encouraging all of my friends, all of my loved ones and all of my family who are eligible to get this vaccine as soon as they can.

This vaccine has gone through a rigorous testing process and I trust the scientists behind the vaccination. I would encourage you and your families to get this vaccination whenever you are called to do so.
