The video then transitions into the first person. The women being interviewed says “Very welcoming staff. As I say, very informative and very easy to use and get on with.”
The video then transitions into a second person, a man. He then says “Very quick. Well organised. Couldn’t fault it.”
The video then transitions into a woman who says “It was my second time having a test today and I found it much easier than the first time and actually the whole experience is much easier and dare I say pleasant than I thought.
The video then transitions into a man who says “People are polite. Everything’s, you know nice, clean. I recommend people have the test if they feel a bit vulnerable or frightened”
The video then transitions into a man who says “I found the experience really good actually. It’s very well run. It doesn’t take that long. It’s a little bit uncomfortable but at the end of it you get the assurance that either, you know, you have Covid or not.”
The video then transitions into a man who says Yeh, very good experience. Very helpful. Over in a couple of minutes you know.
The video then transitions into a woman who says Really really quick. Really efficient. Completed my card outside and then I’ve whizzed through and the whole thing took about 10-15 minutes
The video ends on a screen that says ‘To find out more about community testing in Coventry please visit www.coventry.gov.uk/coronavirus’
