The video opens on Pooja smiling and waving at the camera. Happy upbeat music plays throughout.
It then transitions into a scene where a box containing a Lateral Flow Test is passed to Pooja. She grabs it and shows it to the camera.
It then transitions into a scene where Pooja opens the box and takes out the instructions. This is followed by a close up of the instructions.
This is followed by a clip of Pooja using disinfectant and some paper towels to thoroughly wipe down the surface where she’ll be putting the kit.
Next, we see a clip of Pooja thoroughly washing her hands. Text appears on the screen and says, ‘Make sure you wash your hands for at least 20 seconds.’
The scene then changes to another close-up of the instructions. This time focused on the part that showcases the individual parts that are contained in the kit. The individual parts are then shown on the table.
Next, we see Pooja setting up the extraction tube. She starts by opening the extraction buffer sachet and squeezing it into the extraction tube. She then pops this into a specifically made holder on the outside of the box that the kit came in. Various close up shots show the process in detail
The scene then cuts to Pooja blowing her nose which is followed by another clip of her washing her hands. Text appears on the screen and says, ‘Remember, wash them for 20 seconds.’
It then transitions into Pooja taking the swab out of its packaging. With the swab out of the packaging Pooja points at the end of the swab and wags her finger. This tells the watcher not to touch the end.
Next, we get a close-up of the instructions for using the swab. The instructions show a diagram of the mouth with the areas either side of the tonsil highlighted. The instructions say to rub the tip of the swab in these highlighted areas four times. The following shot shows Pooja following these instructions while looking in mirror.
The scene then cuts to a close-up of the instructions for using the swab. This time relating to the nose. The instructions show a person putting the swab up their nostril. A circular symbol is accompanied by the text ‘x10’ thereby showing that the swab must be placed up the nostril and rotated ten times. The following shot shows Pooja following these instructions while looking in mirror.
The next shot shows Pooja carefully putting the swab into the extraction tube and rotating it around. Text appears on the screen and says, ‘Rotate the swab in the extraction tube for at least 15 seconds. It then cuts to Pooja taking the swab out while carefully making sure that all the fluid remains in the tube. She then puts the cap on the top of the tube before popping her swab in a clear plastic bag.
The next scene is a close up of Pooja holding the test strip and showing it to the camera. This then transitions into Pooja holding the extraction tube and squeezing out the contents onto an indentation on the bottom of the strip. The following scene is a close-up of where exactly she squeezed the liquid.
We then see a close up of the instructions again. These instructions show how to tell what your result is. Text appears saying ‘You’ll need to wait 30 minutes to get a result.
A close up on Pooja’s test strip. It clearly shows that Pooja’s test result is negative. Text appears saying ‘Don’t forget to report your result.”
The video then transitions into Pooja packing the kit away and waving goodbye. Text appears saying ‘Thanks for watching’
