Sports Fest returns for 2022 - Cllr Kamran Caan - Video and audio transcripts

I’m councillor Kamran Cann, Cabinet Member Public Health and Sport. I think it's absolutely amazing from 26 July to  31 July we've got six days of special fun and special enjoyment, full of sports activities, you know people will get involved with various sports once again in the heart of our city. As it's the 10th year anniversary it makes it a little bit more special hundreds and thousands of people have actually connected with different sports many of them have gone on to take on these sports so it's just about bringing the community together. Once again we're supported by these fantastic city hosts, you know great credit to them, you know they've given us great pride in the city of Coventry for the sports work that they've done and they've really really promoted our city so it's been fantastic and we're very very grateful to these guys.
