To access a virtual visit with a member of staff and comm co-counsel you will need a smartphone or tablet. Your device will need a 4G signal or connected to the Wi-Fi, the mayor app installed registered to an email address. To start, open your app or Google Play Store and search for Microsoft Teams as shown. Once found, select install will select the cloud icon if installed and deleted previously. Once installed it will appear on your device's home screen. You should have already received an email from the member of staff inviting you to a virtual visit. On the day and time of the visit please go into your mail app and find the virtual visit invite. Once in the email select join Microsoft Teams meeting and this will automatically take you to the Microsoft Teams app. Once in the app select join us guest and agree to any pop-ups that appear. Put your screen name select join meeting button when you're ready to continue. Once in the call a series of options will appear - you will need to select the camera icon as circle to project your video if the member of staff asks you to show your living space please select the rotate camera icon our circled you can now begin to move your camera around slowly.
Once the member of staff has signalled the end of the virtual visit select your camera icon to end the video and to end the call select the hang up button as circled.
