Okay so on behalf of Coventry and march in mind I would like to accept the award of a bronze award with the thrive at work and the journey started for us back in October 2018 when we signed what's the time to change pledge which is a pledge around looking after the mental health and well-being of your workforce and from there we moved on to doing some work around um getting the accreditation with Thrive at Work um it wasn't necessarily an easy process but it was a process that we were determined to get through um and for us it was really about improving the the support that we offer to our staff and volunteers around their mental health and well-being and also their physical health um for us we will continue the journey now this isn't the end for us we want to move on to the silver award and we really want to see the organization improve in the future um so thank you again for the award and we look forward to working with you in the future.
