We are very proud to achieve the Thrive at Work standard all employees at Brett Martin Daylight Systems have engaged positively with the programme and has been the right step in how we further embed health and wellbeing within our culture with support from the management team we found out carrying the health needs assessment a huge success it highlighted areas our employees wanted further information on and what activities they found to be helpful in addition to this it was encouraging to see the number of employees who had benefited from the initiatives they have been involved with as part of our thrive at work journey I would like to thank all employees at brett martin daylight systems for engagement with the programme along with Jenny Duggan whose knowledge and guidance has been invaluable thank you.
