Joining a Microsoft Teams meeting with a tablet - Video and audio transcripts

Before we begin ensure you have the Microsoft teams app and the mail app installed to join a Microsoft teams meeting select your mail app and find the meeting invite within your inbox once found select the join Microsoft teams meeting link as circled you will be redirected to the Microsoft teams app if you do not have an account you can join as a guest as shown agree to any pop-ups that appear.

Input your name and select join meeting you may be put into a waiting lobby however the meeting organizer will admit you to the meeting once submitted the meeting will start and you'll be greeted by the blow options the camera icon will enable your video which is similar to facetime the mic icon will allow you to mute and unmute yourself with the speaker icon allowing you to change the volume the three dots will bring up further options such as raising your hand this feature is quite useful if you're in a large meeting and you are wanting to speak but don't want to interrupt anyone else and start video blur will blow your background which is ideal if your video is on and your background is quite busy when you are ready to end the call select the red hang up button followed by the x icon located in the top left-hand corner of your screen as circled followed by exit.
