New Talking teens course - 4 sessions either face-to-face or virtual.
The programme consists of four sessions, developed with Dr John Coleman, to increase parents’ understanding of teenagers’ feelings and behaviour, and deliver key strategies for maintaining and improving relationships.

Outcomes
For parents and children improved relationships between teenagers and parents reduced conflict and stress in the family increased confidence in talking about difficult issues increased understanding of teenagers’ needs and development.

The programmes can be accessed face-to-face at various venues across the city or virtually via Microsoft Teams. Parents can make a request for a programme or a professional can refer on their behalf.
