The Coventry Health Visiting service is one of the seven community services under the Coventry Family Health and Lifestyle Services portfolio, provided by South Warwickshire NHS University Foundation Trust.
The service provides information, developmental assessments and support for babies, children and families along the parenthood journey – from before your baby is born until 5 years of age.
The health visiting service is comprised of health visitors (registered nurses/midwives who have had additional training in public health nursing), community nursery nurses and infant feeding specialists who work together with other professionals to promote healthy lifestyles and reduce health inequalities.
