Get help with the Cost of Living this Christmas - Video and audio transcripts

The video opens with the words ‘One Coventry’ sliding up from the bottom of the screen to the centre of the image. At the top of the screen snowflake patterns appear in a number of colours. At the bottom of the screen is a landscape of snow- and snow-covered trees with people walking across. Above that snow is a number of Coventry landmarks including (from left to right) the Ricoh Arena, the three spires, Lady Godiva’s statue, the Wave and the Cathedral. The background of the image is dark blue.

At the 7 second mark the words ‘One Coventry’ shrink in size and take their place at the top of the screen in the centre. An animation of snow blowing towards the camera happens and after that is complete the words ‘We’re here to help you with the Cost of living this Christmas’ appears. The words ‘this Christmas’ are animated to appear as if someone is writing them.

At 15 seconds the snow animation occurs again and the text ‘We’re here to help you with the Cost of living this Christmas’ is replaced by ‘For support available in Coventry, visit www.coventry.gov.uk/costofliving or call 08085 834 333
