The course will be tailored around the child's current needs and levels.

Each course will offer 1:1 tutorials, progress tracking and wellbeing opportunities. The evidence will be gathered through worksheets, activities, photographic evidence and feedback and delivered through an outreach approach to include community learning. Each child will follow the course content whilst gaining confidence, resilience building and self worth.
Each staff member will have access to our own Advisory Board incorporating an Educational Psychologist, IRO/Advanced Social Worker, Teaching Director/Ofsted ISI inspector (Quality Assurance) and Children's Residential Care (Mental Health& Trauma) Specialist Consultant to ensure the highest practice for vulnerable children is delivered and each child is understood and catered for, regardless of their needs. The Director (ex Headship/Teacher) has 27 years experience working with the most hard to reach young people and is passionate to ensure successful for each child and provide an education and future they deserve. All staff will receive training through the Director and/or Advisory board to ensure maximum outcomes for all.
