Founded in 2017, Nulogic Training began our journey in mainstream schools, supporting them with result-based revision sessions for learners who needed additional support in core areas.
Our goal of positively impacting the lives of young people led us into exploring alternative provision, developing various programmes that support young people at risk of exclusion across Coventry and Warwickshire to learners throughout Primary & Secondary.
With the need for alternative methods of engaging and educating young people widely increasing, it is Nulogic’s goal to be the organisation that provides the intervention in which schools, parents and learners can be confident of consistent outcomes.
In recent years we have enabled schools to access our expertise via our in-house Training Centre, without the requirement for an offsite intervention.
The Sports Leaders Boxing programme is a course that was devised after listening to the learner’s issues and interests during our first year of working with WRL. Our professional boxing coach will deliver technical boxing drills where learners will be taught not only the skill of how to box, but the self-discipline and motivation it requires to improve. Additionally, learners will be expected to coach and deliver their own boxing sessions to achieve the Sports Leaders Award.
This programme aims to:
Channel aggression in a positive manner
Improve self-esteem and confidence
Manage and overcome anger
Encourage positive and healthy routines and habit
AM Sessions will take place at: St Augustines Sport Centre, Heathcote Street, Coventry, CV6 3BL
PM Sessions will take place at: 25 St Columba's Close, Canal Basin, Coventry, CV1 4BX
