RIGHT TRAX instructs and assists young people in basic motorcycle maintenance and riding skills, offering an exciting and positive learning experience.
The course covers basic motorcycle maintenance, health and safety, teamwork, problem solving and integration of English and Maths.
Tuition on motorcycle riding also forms part of the course.
Assessment takes place via student workbooks which are completed during the day alongside tutor observations.
Learners will focus on the personal development qualifications once these have all been achieved they will then continue to work towards an award for Maths and English skills (see qualifications below)
Award in Mathematic Skills - Entry Level 3 Award in Mathematic Skills
Planning to Improve Performance in Mathematics Time, Position and Direction, Understanding Decimals Money, Adding and Subtracting.
Award in English Skills - Using English Skills in Everyday Life and Work
Planning for Progress in English Skills Ask and Respond to Questions and Make Requests Take Part in a Group Discussion Read and Spell Words for Everyday Life and Work Write Using Correct Punctuation and Grammar.
Consent form must be completed prior to start date of provision

NOCN Level 1 Award/ Certificate/Diploma in Skills / NOCN Level 1 Certificate in Vocational Studies for employment, Training and Personal Development
