Hi, my name's Steph and I'm currently coming to the workshop here.

Well I've never been before and I found it very very open and really friendly.

Everyone is really easy to talk to and everything anyone I've asked a question of they've just been able to give me an answer or say sit there and I'll find someone to give you an answer.

[at this point we see a member of staff sitting inside a pod, helping another customer and then it pans around to more staff working]
