- Give Get Go Education - RYTC Creatives CIC.
The GGGE’s creative career training in film, theatre and event management is for all ages because of the relevant hard and soft skills included. Give-Get-Go Education specialises in offering national curriculum links, Arts Award qualifications, the Young Entrepreneurs programme, school transition vehicles and corporate/ managerial training (in association with the Give-Get-Go team).
This course include modules designed to guide young people in creating unforgettable experiences through events (festivals, music gigs, performances, etc.). Led by experienced experts, learners will gain hands-on experiences and practical skills in event management from planning, sourcing artists, marketing to a target audience to delivery and evaluation.
Added to that we build confidence, develop leadership ability and establish organisational skills- all necessary and transferable for any job
Get Started is modular, online, with a 15 student max per class & registered with the Arts Award.
All Get Started courses are work related learning, providing aspiring professionals with the opportunity to learn about all aspects of the job, on the job. Working with incredible teams on real projects, students will develop their skills as well as their network.
Referrals will be accepted for students of all backgrounds; enthusiasm and commitment are our only requirements. We anticipate giving vulnerable and marginalised candidates equal priority, as we believe that they will really benefit from this more organic method of educating them and enabling them into a possible career.
All subject areas will be included as all are relevant; a marketing, business studies or I.T. student will benefit just as much as a performer.
Throughout their time on a Get Started course, students will be supported by a course lead as well as module leads and their referrer organisation.
All courses and clubs are also registered with Trinity Guildhall for the Arts Award at all levels. Please ask for details.
Students will be offered the chance to learn with us for a whole year if they wish to study and engage with all aspects of the chosen industry, but learning will be divided into modules (to allow students to choose individual units that are of particular interest to them, as well as to allow students with other commitments to participate). There will also be opportunities to volunteer at professional events linked to the modules. These opportunities are designed to support what has been learned, as well as to cement professional relationships.
