Course Aims

This three hour condensed interactive course provides delegates with an opportunity to explore the workings of the Care Act 2014. The course will examine the wellbeing principle, legal duties and provide an overview of the care and support journey. 

Learning objectives

Examine what is meant by the Wellbeing Principle and consider how this is applied in the context of practice. 

Identify legal duties underpinning the Act 

Describe the care and support journey
