Legal Update for AMHP's - Adult Social Care training and development

This one day course will provide AMHP’s with an update in relation to recent case law and examine some of the key issues identified in practice. The session includes best practice recommendations, current research and learning from case law to real life scenarios to allow AMHP’s to apply their knowledge, skills and experience in respect of mental health work, explore their own values and reflect on how they can improve their professional practice in their own team and within a multi-agency context.

This session will revisit key areas as discussed with the General Manager and AMHP Lead immediately prior to delivery to ensue the course is responding to local needs and current national themes.
