Nulogic Training
Founded in 2017, Nulogic Training began our journey in mainstream schools, supporting them with result-based revision sessions for learners who needed additional support in core areas.

Our goal of positively impacting the lives of young people led us into exploring alternative provision, developing various programmes that support young people at risk of exclusion across Coventry and Warwickshire to learners throughout Primary & Secondary.

With the need for alternative methods of engaging and educating young people widely increasing, it is Nulogic’s goal to be the organisation that provides the intervention in which schools, parents and learners can be confident of consistent outcomes.

In recent years we have enabled schools to access our expertise via our in-house Training Centre, without the requirement for an offsite intervention.

SEMH and Nurturing:

SEMH
Nulogic's SEMH support programme is designed to address each student's unique social, emotional, and mental health needs. It provides tailored interventions to maximise engagement and well-being. The SEMH curriculum includes:

1. Individualised Support Plans: Collaborating with students, families and external agencies to develop personalised support plans that address specific social, emotional, and mental health challenges and goals.

2. Therapeutic Interventions: We offer a range of therapeutic interventions, such as mentoring, mindfulness practices and art therapy to support students in managing emotions, building resilience and developing coping strategies.

3. Social Skills Development: Providing opportunities for students to enhance their social skills, communication skills and emotional literacy through group activities, role-playing exercises and peer support networks.

4. Mindfulness and Well-being Practices: Integrating mindfulness techniques, relaxation exercises and well-being activities into the curriculum to promote stress reduction, self-awareness and emotional regulation.

The SEMH programme aims to create a supportive and nurturing environment where students feel valued, understood and empowered to thrive academically and personally.
