Welcome to Central Building and Welding Academy, the Midlands' largest construction and welding training centre with a longstanding reputation for excellence. Operating in Coventry for over 17 years, we are a distinguished and accredited centre.

At our academy, we offer a fully inclusive service, where students benefit from a secure environment where they can engage in practical exercises including bricklaying, tiling, carpentry, plastering, and painting and decorating. Health & Safety and teamwork underpin this practical experience. We advocate for experiential learning, setting individualised SMART targets for each student within our workshop.

Our instructional approach combines theoretical teachings in a classroom setting, incorporating written exercises, group discussions, and exploration of British Values.

We provide personalised 1-2-1 sessions to enhance students' SPAG and functional skills.

If students show commitment to the course and achieve their Diploma, they will be given the opportunity to achieve their CSCS card before leaving the provision.
