We deliver comprehensive, and interactive financial literacy workshops bespoke to the ability and background of the young people we are teaching. We cover a wide range of topics such as money mindset, budgeting, cost of living, apprenticeship wage, student finance, inflation, interest rates, choosing different bank accounts, investing strategies for wealth creation and much more.

Course Description
Understanding Money
• Introducing children to different ways to pay, from cash to debit cards & credit cards. Introducing the responsible use of each method of payment, including advantages and disadvantages of each.
• The concept of earning and spending and explaining how spending decisions are made based on needs and wants.

Making Smarter Choices
• Distinguishing between needs (such as food and shelter) versus want (such as games, toys and expensive trainers).
• Encouraging responsible spending and avoiding impulse purchases.
• Setting a spending limit and sticking to a budget by encourage children to practice planning and saving for desired items.
• Understanding how to compare features of a product vs price, to ensure best value for money before making a purchase.

Building Financial Responsibility
• Introducing the benefits of saving and the concept of saving money for future goals and ways of earning interest on savings.
• The importance of responsible spending and avoiding unnecessary debt through delayed gratification. Explaining the benefits of making wise choices with money.
