At MW Impact, we have one aim - to impact the lives of children & young people by addressing the challenging topics they all now face in today's society. With our diverse community, we deliver a range of mentoring methods proven to motivate, uplift and change lives across the UK.
MW Impact prides itself on being a health and wellbeing company based in the West Midlands, specialising in mentoring children and young people, addressing issues which affect emotional, mental, physical and behavioural wellbeing. We are a ‘movement’ which seeks to make a positive impact on local communities and the future direction of the lives of children and young people. MW’s aim is to ensure that every individual that we encounter will be physically, mentally, and emotionally stimulated with the aim of either improving or maintaining their overall quality of life, therefore leaving a monumental positive impact.
It is paramount that the children and young people of today are given support and direction in life. Our team have experienced how bad decisions in education can escalate you onto the wrong path.
At MW Impact, we fully believe that it’s never too late to change, you just need the power to believe in your potential. And that’s what we are here for, delivering proven effective mentoring workshops to unwrap children’s potential - Provider Contact

We use boxing to engage young people to help with building character, self-respect, confidence, social development & discipline.
With the support of MW staff everyone is taught how to interact with other young people, adapt to an environment and judge situations – skills that will help in real life. Boxing teaches impulse control and channels emotions in a constructive way.
Every individual child has different passions and areas where they channel their energies to, and boxing has been a positive intervention for young people.
Students learn how to interact with people, adapt to an environment and judge situations - skills that will help in real life.
MW Impact Staff educate that Boxing, especially, teaches impulse control and channels emotions in a constructive way.
The fact boxing is an individual sport forces participants to take responsibility as there is no-one else to blame.
Rather than seen be viewed as a release for aggression, boxing is a replacement for aggression. It does not rid the participant of aggressive tendencies it enables them to re-channel it. Boxing requires participant to think clearly in the face of conflict and so teaches participants to learn to stay cool and manage aggression.
“When you are using a lot of energy and anger you must calm down and use your energy, anger, and aggression in a constructive way so that you don’t spin out of control and stay disciplined. You can then apply that outside of the ring.”
