We are committed to delivering dynamic, engaging sessions that make exercise enjoyable and approachable for young people. Through our programs, we equip young people with the knowledge, skills, and passion for fitness, along with an understanding of nutrition, supporting them to make informed, healthy choices well into adulthood.
Led by qualified educators (including a qualified teacher), fitness professionals and personal trainers Junior Fitness Squad offers a variety of age-appropriate workouts, activities, and challenges that promote strength, flexibility, coordination, and teamwork.

What we offer:

Course Description
Our program is dedicated to instilling the importance of long-term health and wellbeing, with a strong focus on physical activity, healthy eating, and a holistic approach to personal development. Beyond physical skills, our curriculum emphasises leadership, life skills, and emotional intelligence, all within a safe and supportive environment where students can freely express themselves and seek guidance.

Program Goals and Approach: We aim to cultivate values, skills, and behaviors that empower participants to become active, responsible members of their communities. Core values such as respect, honesty, responsibility, and empathy are embedded in every session and reinforced through targeted workshops, group discussions, and role-playing exercises. Teamwork will also play a significant role in our approach, helping students develop cooperation and conflict resolution skills essential for positive interactions.

Key Program Components:
• Health and Fitness Focus: Emphasising the importance of physical activity and balanced nutrition to build a strong foundation for lifelong health.
• Leadership and Life Skills Development: Structured activities that foster confidence, responsibility, and initiative in young people.
• Emotional Wellbeing and Resilience: Offering practical tools and strategies for managing emotions, especially in challenging situations, to support thoughtful and intentional decision-making. Community

Integration and Engagement: To connect students with their local communities, we will guide them to community organisations and local activities and provide opportunities within the program itself to participate in community-engaging projects. Additionally, students will have the chance to take on leadership roles—such as coaching, event organisation, or initiating community-based activities—to further develop their leadership skills and commitment to community enrichment.

Through our program, we strive to empower young people with the tools, confidence, and values necessary to lead healthy, meaningful lives.
