Brakes Automotive Repairs and Training Limited has been in existence for over 20 years. During this time we have supported many hundreds of vulnerable young people and unemployed adults to develop the necessary personal and social skills to enable them to re-engage with education and training. As a Social Enterprise organisation we re-invest any funding or surplus back into the company so we can support our local community increasing life chances for volunteers and vulnerable young people.
We are also a community garage offering low hourly rate repairs to local people. This has enabled us to be able to supplement the work we do with young people and offer a ‘real life’ experience in a working garage.
Our aim is to ensure young people whatever their background feel safe and included in the environment and feel able to achieve their potential whilst also developing and preparing for adulthood. - Provider Contact
