We are committed to supporting children and young people through developing a service which has strong links between the outdoor experience, the school curriculum and character education – helping schools to raise student attainment levels through authentic learning experiences.
Whether it is programmes to equip young people with valuable social skills for their future, improve relationships and raise their aspirations or programmes designed to enhance mental health and wellbeing and personal development or to gain new skills and qualifications - we have bespoke programmes designed just for you.
To empower Year 11 students at risk of permanent exclusion (PEX) by developing their personal, social, and academic skills, facilitating a successful transition into post-16 settings
Detailed Programme Components
Therapeutic Support
1. Group Therapy:
- Regular group sessions designed to create a safe space for students to express themselves and build trust within the group.
- Activities include guided mindfulness exercises and discussions focused on emotional regulation, stress management, and building self-esteem.
2. Individual Counselling:
- Personalised one-on-one sessions with a counsellor to address specific personal challenges.
- Goal setting and action planning to help students navigate personal and academic hurdles.
Enterprise and Skills Development
1. Entrepreneurial Workshops:
- Sessions that introduce students to the basics of entrepreneurship, including idea generation, budgeting, and marketing.

2. Hands-On Projects:
