How can people get independent travel training?
Adults (18 years +) who are accessing Adult Social Care Service;
Adults can be referred directly to the Independent Travel Team (ITT) via the following link:
Young people
There are three ways that young people may be referred to our service:
- Young people, 12-19 years old attending SEN schools please contact your school directly.
- Young people over 16 with special educational needs but not attending SEN schools, please contact your Careers Advisor or SEN Team (phone: 024 7683 1614).
- Young people over 16 with special educational needs attending college, you can refer for ITT using the following link Adult Social Care. You can do this yourself, or ask your Careers Advisor for support.
