Welcome to the Coventry Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme
We are pleased that you are visiting our HAF webpages. HAF is a national Department for Education funded programme that enables eligible children and young people to attend free activities and experiences with free nutritional food provided. HAF activities and experiences take place in the Easter, Summer and Christmas school holidays. In Coventry, our HAF programme is also receiving funding in 2024 thanks to the Coventry Building Society.
Bookings for our Winter Fun HAF programme will open on Monday 18 November at 6pm.
We have a fantastic range of activities, all with free food provided, during the Christmas school holidays. Some key messages about our Winter Fun programme are:
- We have a new and improved booking system for our Winter Fun programme, which you can access following the links/buttons above. Don’t worry if you haven’t received your household letter yet – you can view our Winter Fun letter (translated letters included) and our booking system user guide.
- If you have booked and cannot attend, it is really important that you cancel the booking to free up spaces for other people and to get your credits back.
- Where a child has additional needs or requirements, please contact the relevant provider to discuss how these could be met.
