“This offer from Coventry City Council is for those families that may need a little more help and support through the Go CV+ offer. We want all families to bond with their baby and this starts in pregnancy.
“This offer reinforces Coventry's commitment to support all families and ensures that every expectant parent can cherish the journey of their pregnancy, which is the start of the critical first 1001 days in a child’s life.”
The offer is available at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire (UHCW) NHS Trust until March 31, 2025, and individuals may be asked for proof of Go CV+ eligibility.
UHCW Director of Midwifery Gaynor Armstrong said: “We are committed to providing the best possible maternity services and supporting expectant mothers throughout their pregnancy journey.
“We are delighted to be working with the Coventry City Council Best Start for Life Team to offer help to those in our community who need it most.”
