Notice of intended disposal of open space land
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Coventry, in exercise of their powers under section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) intends to dispose of an area of land measuring approximately 7,472 sqm in total being land off Hermes Way Coventry.
The plan showing the area of land may be inspected at the Reception Desk at the Council House, Earl Street, Coventry, CV1 5RR during normal office hours, or by requesting a copy of the same by sending an email to Lucy.Hobbs@coventry.gov.uk
Any objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to Lucy Hobbs Head of Project Delivery, PO Box 7097, Coventry, CV6 9SL or by email to Lucy.Hobbs@coventry.gov.uk stating the reasons for such objections, by no later than 11 April 2025.
