Examination

Homes in Multiple Occupation (HMO) Development Plan Document (DPD) Main Modifications

This consultation seeks views on the proposed Main Modifications only. It is not an opportunity to raise matters that either were, or could have been, part of the earlier representations or hearing on the submitted DPD. Comments are to focus on whether the proposed Main Modifications comply with legal requirements and are considered sound.

The Consultation period is open for six weeks between 10 June 2024 to 22 July 2024 23:59.

Copies of the consultation material can be viewed at the Council House and all libraries in the city.

Notification of Examination for the Homes in Multiple Occupation (HMO) Development Plan Document (DPD)

In accordance with Regulation 24 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012, we hereby provide notification that the Councils Homes in Multiple Occupation (HMO) Development Plan Document (DPD) was subject to Examination in Public by an independent Inspector. Please note the following details:

  • Hearing Date: 23 January 2024 and (if required) 24 January 2024
  • Time: 10.00
  • Venue: All hearing sessions were held virtually via Microsoft TEAMS
  • Inspector: C Dillon BA (Hons) MRTPI
