This award is for the best quick read book for young people aged 11-16. There are 8 shortlisted books carefully selected by a panel of teachers and librarians. These books are chosen to show that a good book doesn’t need to be a long book, and includes graphic novels, a verse novel and several dyslexia friendly books. Young people can have many different calls on their time especially in the years when exams are looming, but these books can make reading for enjoyment possible to fit in to those spare minutes you have and still get to the end! Please read and comment on the books and don’t forget to vote for your favourite!
