Library cards for foster carers and Looked After Children
Foster carers can have a free foster carer library ticket as well as their own personal ticket. Foster carers can also get a ticket for a Looked After Child.
Everything in libraries is free and to make it easier for foster carers and Looked after children the following applies:
- No fines for overdue books
- Free loans and no overdue fines for talking books
- No fines for lost or damaged books
- No charge for replacement tickets
- No requirement for proof of address
