Parkrun in the War Memorial Park

Coventry parkrun [http://www.parkrun.org.uk/coventry/] is a free weekly 5km event for runners of all standards, which takes place in the War Memorial Park every Saturday at 9am.

Would you like to take part? It’s easy! Just register [http://www.parkrun.org.uk/register/] before your first ever parkrun, then just set your alarm for Saturday morning and get yourself here!

Please be aware Coventry park runners go around the park from 9am - 10am so many of the paths will be congested and busy within the park during this time.

Junior parkrun

War Memorial Park junior parkrun is a 2k running/walking event for children and young people from age 4 to 14 years old. The event takes place each Sunday with a 9am start.

It’s easy to take part! Just register [https://www.parkrun.org.uk/register/] each child or young person before turning up on a Sunday morning, and listen out for the short briefing that we give first-time participants at 8:50am to explain all about it.
