Local Flood Risk Management Strategy

We have a legal duty to develop, maintain, apply and monitor a Local Flood Risk Management Strategy. Our strategy covers:

  • the ways in which we manage flood risk
  • details about how and when measures will be implemented
  • funding information
  • how we assess local flood risk
  • review processes
  • how the strategy contributes to wider environmental objectives.

Our current strategy was developed in partnership with other risk management authorities including the Environment Agency, Severn Trent Water Ltd. and Warwickshire Wildlife Trust.
