Role/Purpose
The role of Coventry Dementia Partnership Hub Steering group is to provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure the Coventry Dementia Partnership Hub (CDPH) is developed and able to respond to the changing needs of people living with dementia and their carers.
The CDP Hub sets out to;
- Develop closer partnership working with all stakeholders.
- Create more timely access to advice and support for people living with dementia and their carers.
- Offer broader choices of daytime support ranging from traditional day services, outreach and drop-in sessions.
- Provide a social space for people living with dementia and their carers.
- To work together and be proactive in making the Hub and our services more accessible to under-served communities
