Nutritious meals ensure children have the energy to stay active and focused during their swimming lessons. Meals include a variety of healthy options to suit all dietary needs.

Our staff is trained in SEND inclusion and provides tailored support to meet each child's unique needs. We use visual aids and sensory tools and have a dedicated SEND coordinator to ensure a supportive and accessible environment.

Children should bring swimwear, a towel, a water bottle, and a change of clothes. Goggles are optional but recommended for those who prefer them.
