Picnic in the Park and Children and families health and wellness Expo - Getting children excited about their wellness is a great way to create lifelong health habits! At our Health and Wellbeing Expo children, young people and their parents get to learn about the value of health and wellbeing! Through stations with fun games and activities like the Smoothie Bike challenge and taste tests they can become more aware and involved in their health journey. This is a drop-in event.
