Will I be eligible for mobility credits?
To be eligible for Mobility Credits you need to be a resident of the one of following new developments.

- Richborough Estates/Countryside – OUT/2022/0712 (290 dwellings)
- Richborough Estates/Countryside – OUT/2022/0713 (260 dwellings)
- Bellway – OUT/2019/0022 (550 dwellings)
- Thomson’s Farm Lioncourt/Bloor Homes – OUT/2019/0484 (up to 500 dwellings)
- Lagan Homes – FUL/2020/1992 (60 dwellings)
- Eastern Green SUE – OUT/2018/3225 (2400 dwellings)
- Elm Fields Farm (Wigston Road) – OUT/2021/0012 (150 dwellings)
- Clowes Land – OUT/2021/2411 (Up to 223 dwellings)

In most cases, the first household to move into each new home built in each of the developments listed above will receive the Mobility Credits. These are provided at no cost to the residents receiving them. While the value of the credits will vary between developments, it is generally likely to be between £400 and £1,200 per eligible household.
