Emergency First Aid at work
This full day course will enable delegates to have a better understanding of emergency first aid at work.
Target group
The course is aimed at any employee/volunteer who is working in areas where an emergency may arise, volunteers should be calm, reliable and have the aptitude and ability to cope with a course of study.
Outcomes of the course
Delegates will be able to identify an emergency situation, ensure the safety of themselves a casualty or the public, summon appropriate help, perform lifesaving skills, prevent a casualty’s condition from deteriorating, promote recovery of a casualty, recognise the legal requirements and responsibility of an appointed person.
