Register for an account
- Register for a new account via the Permit Portal.
- Enter your postcode and select your property address.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
- When you receive a confirmation email, log back in and select your customer type:
- You will need to do this to complete your account registration.
Apply for permits
- Log into your account.
- Select the type of permit you require.
- Enter your vehicle's registration.
- Select the date you want the permit to start.
- Upload requested proofs.
- If you are unable to upload the required proof documents via the Permit Portal please email a copy to parking.permits@coventry.gov.uk
- Pay for the permit.
- You will be notified when it's been approved and ready for use.
