65754: Events stewards and SIA Operatives

Salary: £11.44 - £12.50 per hour 
Location: Coventry Arena plus various locations 
Hours: Shift Work

Vacancy details: 

• Experience working as an Event Steward
•  Previous customer service experience 
• You must have a good level of verbal and written English
• The ability to react calmly in high pressured situations
• Welcoming all visitors to the venue
• Dealing with any queries and offering additional information regarding the event
• Offer an excellent level of customer service to ensure the smooth running of the event
•  Being the eyes and ears of the event and ensuring the safety team have the information they require  

77972: Driving Examiner

Salary: £28,119 per annum
Location: Coventry 
Hours: Full Time

Vacancy details:

• Working within your chosen area. You’ll be responsible for carrying out car driving tests
• During each test, you need to build rapport with the test candidate, be professional and tailor your approach to take into account any needs they may have
• You’ll control and assess the level of driving displayed by the candidate to ensure they reach the required standard and accurately complete document test reports
• When you’re not carrying out tests, you'll support the Local Driving Test Manager and your colleagues to maintain an effective working environment
• You must be aged 23 or over (a requirement of the 3rd EU Driving Licence Directive - Directive 006/126)
• You must have held a full UK or EU driving licence continuously for the last 3 years
• You must have no more than 3 penalty points on your licence at time of application
• Applicants with an EU licence please note that if you are successful in the recruitment process and offered a post there is a requirement to exchange your licence for a GB equivalent before attending the new entrant training course
