83346: Maintenance Technician

Salary: £41,632.50 per annum
Hours: Full time 
Location: Coventry CV7 

Vacancy details: 

• Must have: HNC or Equivalent with Electronics/ Electrical or Engineering background
  3-5 work experience in similar role. 
• Understanding of Production requirements, Siemens S7 and TIA PLC programs
• To communicate effectively at all levels Have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Able to travel through Brose group as required  
• Repair first line to fix to enable production to continue

83334: Controls Engineer 

Salary: Up to 50K

Vacancy details:

• Qualifications needed: HNC or Equivalent with Electronics/ Electrical or Engineering background 
• Review concept specifications for adherence to Brose standards, plant and high uptime process requirements.
• Work with customer team, plant production, Industrial Engineering, Quality and Maintenance to optimize manufacturing processes and to support production breakdowns and working with maintenance engineers to resolve issues. 
• To share knowledge, train and develop other support functions i.e. Maintenance Engineers
• 3-5 work experience in similar role
• Have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

81205: Embroider Operator

Vacancy details: 

• Operate and maintain printing machines, including digital and screen printing equipment.
• Set up and adjust machines according to job specifications, including loading materials, selecting appropriate settings, and ensuring correct alignment. 
• Monitor the printing process to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Work efficiently to meet production schedules and deadlines.
• Assist with the preparation of materials and supplies needed for each job. 
• Work closely with the Printing Manager and other team members to ensure smooth production flow. 

80407: Fabricator / Welder

• Previous experience is essential
• Use a range of equipment to cut, shape and mould wood into functional forms for a range of practical uses.
• Consult plans and drawings in order to establish the requirements of a job, select and fit blades, drillbits, cutter heads and guides to machinery, adjust the height or operating dimensions of the equipment, and operate it in order to shape and mould wood.

• Responsible for smoothing surfaces using sandpaper, scrapers, brushes, steel wool, and sanding machines. 
• Hand sand areas inaccessible to machines and use various grits of sandpaper for different tasks.
• Sanders also apply stains, seal coats, and final coats, ensuring surfaces meet company specifications. 
• Operate tools such as CNC sanding machines and drill presses, promoting shop safety by working in a safe manner.
• install items like drywall, windows, and cabinets, and train new employees on tool usage and safety procedures.

• A skilled craftsman responsible for the final stages of furniture production.
• You will meticulously apply finishes to wooden furniture to enhance its appearance, protect it from wear and tear, and highlight the natural beauty of the wood grain.
• Carefully prepare the furniture surfaces, ensuring they are smooth and free from imperfections. 
• Apply coatings such as stains, paints, lacquers, varnishes, or oils using various application methods, including brushing, spraying, or hand-rubbing. 
• The finisher pays close attention to detail, ensuring an even and consistent application and may also use techniques like distressing or glazing to achieve desired decorative effects.
