- Review concept specifications for adherence to Brose standards, plant and high uptime process requirements.

- Apply coatings such as stains, paints, lacquers, varnishes, or oils using various application methods, including brushing, spraying, or hand-rubbing.
- The finisher pays close attention to detail, ensuring an even and consistent application and may also use techniques like distressing or glazing to achieve desired decorative effects.
